ok, perhapse I am not seeing it from your perspective, so help me out here....

what does strategic partnering/alliance have to do with a telemarketing company asking SH if they will participate in the SPP and if no, why not???

IMO ONLY, and I have expressed this a number of times on here before, Strategic partnering for me, is definitly on the cards given the way the sp is being driven downwards, and continious SPP being offered (2.25, 0.80 and 0.081 cnets). Not to mention the recent claim if lack of funds.
