sale of cp1 land- proposal put to the board

I sent my proposal today to Mr Theo Axaris CEO Of CP1 Ltd to have another go at selling the large land segments at Martha Cove for consideration by the board. The next board meeting is tomorrow.

I recommended that a new real estate agent or agents be appointed to sell the above land segments at Martha Cove.

Also I said "In the event that the proposal above is not possible can multiple agents (as many as possible) be appointed to sell the ordinary blocks of land at Martha Cove on an ongoing basis."

If the board goes ahead with my proposals I believe that this would be strongly positive for City Pacific Ltd and CP1 Ltd.
