The biggest problem AED have is they talk up either future reserves or what the production will be , initially production was meant to be 30k barrels a day, then produce at a lot less. Not sure exactly why , could be it was a thin column of oil 10m and therefore 30k production was always going to suck water up or was it the mud blocking the holes in the horizntal screens ?
For the market to rerate AED they need positve cash flow not this
"So they are losing ~A$7mil/qtr at current production and oil prices."
on a positive note they do have ample cash in the bank to spend wisely and IF they can get their income up then the sp will be very interesting this time next year as i suspect oil prices have been way oversold due to this financial mess
