Scamp, These guys are the masters of procrastination . Kiwi is stating the obvious, there appears to be no JV in the wind, ICG have the ability to start drilling even with the limited funds. ICG state they have engaged drillers and state they have targets. The years tick by but still no action???. If the targets are as good as we have been led to believe one good drill hit and finance for the rest will come easy. If this was so attractive S32 would still be here so maybe the said targets are not so good?? Who knows I wonder sometimes if these guys have been guilding the Lilly .
