There are still way too many daily cases for the world to function and grow effectively. Business & travel is going to take a really long time to run efficiently for growth.

People keep saying 'yeah but people don't know where to put there money because interest rates are so low they might as well put it in the share market.'
Honestly right now is about protecting wealth, not gambling it on the stock market with zombie companies that make no money. I guarantee you nobody gives a shot about moving into cash and protecting themselves amid a world of blatant uncertainty.
Buffett certainly has no issue with it, I reckon he will have the last laugh.
