You're putting words in people's mouths. I never said it will go ahead for sure nor did anyone else on this thread. In fact I was at pains to say it is a risk .

Now to your question 'Who the hell is CITIC' which is a very good question and one I'm just wondering if you know who CITIC really is.

Magadan thanks for your sensible reply and points. You are of course correct that RDI may not go ahead. So is it possible that ARH will continue to develop and go it alone without RDI, afterall it is a CP thing and not necessarily a China thing.

ARH remains a risk and speculative.
