Great point about analysts mrsa. Analyst's opinions (like my own or anyone else's) is just that... despite the research, there are always multiple scenarios for different eventualities. Hence the truism behind the commonly held view that the best traders seems to be those that are highly flexible and adatpable; that set up for a variety of different scenarios instead of a single picture.
Unfortunately analysts by the very nature of their work are reactive; in the current market, I'm struggling to find too many analysts that have been on the mark about any company.
MQG may well get close to $29-30 tomorrow due to the impressive dividend but come Monday in this market I just can't see it maintaining these prices until the financials and the index in general start to climb off their bases.
