I dont agree with your assessment. QHL's capital needs are relatively modest - it isnt ABS or CNP. I dont think it will have much problem raising enough to sustain it for a year or more. The problem is that at this price, the dilution will be massive.
They need some contracts soon to reassure investora, rerate the sp and make a fresh capital raising more attractive and less damaging. I honestly dont think that contracts that might be awarded in second quarter next year will provide sufficient cash to sustain the business in the short term.
The collapse of the AUD and cost cutting pressures might be just the thing to get QHL flying.
