Speaking of resolutions at the AGM that may very well get passed:
What happens if, after a delist resolution is passed and the delist occurs, another resolution is put by the majority of shareholders to become a private company (so propriety limited type thing with a 50 member limit - if you do not make the 50 cut then so sad ).
Of course you will get a cash buy-out under those circumstances. Can anyone provide a current independent valuation for ISX that could be used for a shareholder buy-out valuation? Hang on, I think I remember one of those...... a big holder had one done recently from memory.
anyway, everyone gets a vote.....
