Why is that ? Is it because only a black person would be stupid enough to drink drive, fall asleep at the wheel then resist arrest, fight with 2 cops , roll them over then steal their Taser and try to run away with it ? I doubt the cops would have reacted differently if the drunk driver was white, yellow, purple or striped and anyone who says different is probably a racist himself. If 2 cops attempt to arrest you and handcuff you comply and not fight them, simple.
