I think history is trying to be re written here. " claimed PP will walk away, directors will resign, OBJ will fold if the NS deal doesn't get up. " thats not a true statement.

it was claimed (not by me) that management could walk if the vote was no. if shareholders didn't back the vision of management that they had worked on for 18 months. but the truth was s/holders voted yes. the no vote got only 86m votes. management got the support they asked for, so the argument given really is mute.

but hey don't let the truth get in the way of a good story.
