"Reliable Supply SecuredAccess to own cultivation facilities in addition to local Aust growers, and crude extract imports." That's straight from 12th of June announcement. If we already have our own reliable sources I wonder why we have taken flower as payment.
Two things come to mind: we don't really have reliable sources (unlikely considering the above statement); or
We have have such significant capacity to expand through the use of this flower that our supply sources alone wont be able to cover.
As @trenno said I would have liked to see some cash..
