maybe newing comments wasn't a guess after all.
if something like shilbongba or xingyun was cancelled i would understand a downgrade. but as very little value in this years forecast was given for Dianchi or wuhan lakes. would you do a earning downgrade if something was cancelled if you didn't know what dianchi or wuhan might contribute this year ? maybe not. hope i'm right but i'm leaning to the positive
