It is the same capacity and is actually rated to 6100m, where as Easternwell 106 was rated to 5000m (but drilled to 5100m for WE-2).
The only difference is the 106 rig has a triplex mud pump system v's a double system for the Ensign rig, but if you read the announcement it says that Ensign are spending the money to upgrade that component which i assume would bring it up to the 106 rig mud spec.

Looking at all of the other stats on the rig it appears the Ensign rig is actually equal too, or many cases higher spec than the 106 rig in all other factors other than this mud system.

IMO
