probably because u don t understand very well the dynamic of place orders.
Do u consider this "sellers" about the 3.90 wall u mention are not SELLERS, but in reality BUYERS trying buy under 3.90 ?
(and they place some offer in that level to pretend existence of plenty sellers when clearly the range is moving strongly up)
