Who said anything about charitable? I’m sure he’s a decent guy but don’t confuse self interest and directors obligations with charity. It’s not in his interests to see the shortfall go to shorts. Just because you don’t know where it went, doesn’t mean it went to shorts. Ludicrous logic.

Directors selling (or their families) is never well received. Stock doing well; they’re selling at the highs and bailing. Stock doing poorly; they’re abandoning SH in times of crisis. People sell mate. It’s life. Time to get over it.
