It is just hilarious at this point. I have always said that ISX is going to get delisted and there is no other option. I said that ISX would either get forcefully delisted or naturally. I honestly didn't expect that ISX would delist themselves LOL. If JK and the board agree on delisting then that to me would indicate very strongly that they were never expecting a win in court from the very beginning. It would vindicate my theory that the court case was a desperate move to delay the inevitable. The question is very simple: If ISX has proper good products and services to sell then why are they finding it evidently supremely difficult to find a single customer that is credible and verifiable?
