Goodwill is only 1 item of intangibles and R&D is a very important element in a biotech company. As you may be aware MSB has over the years expended a huge amount of money on developing its products and this adds value to the company. Therefore this item cannot be ignored. IT companies also spend money on the software development and this is part and parcel of intangibles.
