    Well yes & no. Presumably he knows the true situation regarding the FX hedging losses, which the rest of the market is in the dark about. The whole point of ASX information regulations should be to force all relevant information out as quickly as possible, so nobody (inside or outside the company) is in an advantageous position versus other investors.
