I could be wrong, but I reckon the Hornsdale Power Reserve in SA contains around 3 million 2170 battery cells (there's 4416 in a Tesla Model 3 75 kWh battery).
On top of that, flow batteries are not hugely efficient - ZBM is around 80% AC round trip efficient, I've seen figures around 65-70% for Vanadium Redox. Lithium Ion is 90% or more.
