Two points. It appears that NVX has a non-disclosure agreement with Tesla (and others). For example, Tesla doesn't appear in the factory logo pictures of associates. There is the footnote on that picture that it is incomplete due to NDA's. Why so if there is no link to Tesla?
Secondly, I had gathered from other forums that Tesla's battery day might be not only about the million mile battery. Is this steady progress enough for Elon's comment about blowing his mind? I suspect not.
There is opinion that it might be that the million mile battery enabling vehicle to grid (V2G) and vehicle power plant (VPP) abilities without car owners having anxiety about battery life degradation. The figures about income over a Tesla car lifetime using it's battery for power arbitrage (sim to Hornsdale in Australia) are remarkable and a case up to $36,000 profit was mentioned. This is starting to approach the cost of the car itself. THAT is mind blowing.
