May be a blessing in disguise. Hopefully BRN now decide to name the companies who have opted into the EAP in order to make it more market sensitive information, rather than marketing information.
That could cut across any NDA's in place, but if I was BRN I'd be seeking to make an announcement identifying participants if it does not damage any reputations / future commercial deals.
