Yes, the announcement needed a few reviews.. . I read it.. they will aim for $2 million raise from current shareholders.. but can go over that if more people add money. Kind of means they can overscribe twice the amount they initial want so potential for ~$4 million. This is just rough figures. So assuming thats what those extra amount of shares are the max capacity. Also $1 million of that raise will be underwritten, so should get at least a mill. . Then they will do another issue of shares at same price to soph and pro investors of $1million.. .
