I dont hold this stock but i dont get why people get spooked when directors sell - they need money too! And selling for tax purposes is 100% legitimate!
In addition - if there is bad news coming they cant sell anyway as its insider trading so at least you know if they sold then everything is tracking nicely because you cant sell within X amount of period before/after announcing news.
