You have an excess of cash seeking return. Once OCC starts making announcements again, watch it flood back into OCC shares, just as it ran out with risk off sentiment and COVID-19. The share market is now more of a QE based bubble than pre-COVID-19 and that suits us with cash looking for extra-ordinary returns with little thought of risk.

I picked stock up at $0.335 and $0.345 recently in anticipation of announcements coming. It is sheer luck the Fed announced, but it only improves OCC's share price prospects.

edit: I misread your previous post. J&J didn't announce anythjnf, you were saying when they announce full recruitment this month?

"With J&J announcing full recruitment yesterday do you anticipate an announcement shortly from OCC?"
