Sorry to drag this further off-topic but I have a few questions for burrasa75 about this. First of all, can you post some redacted images of these alleged letters, and probably best to redact the personal info of yourself and other personal details of solicitors. Understand if you can't or won't do this or if you have received legal advice not to. I am wondering how these lawyers got your personal details to write these letters to you? I am assuming you have in fact had some previous commercial or shareholder correspondence between yourself and AMG. Maybe to help clarify for other people on these forums you could clearly explain your past dealings with them, and what your actual agenda is, because numerous people have asked you this before, and you have avoided and deflected giving direct answers to a lot of these questions.

Many months ago when CDU finally went terminal, I actually asked the HotCopper moderation team to "unmoderate" all the moderations in the CDU forum in the interest of total transparency, so that people could review the entire process and see where some posters were warning others about what was happening with the company and the board. I watched the whole thing as an observer, and have no personal interest or agenda in that story, other than the harm that its caused the reputation of the mining industry, and of course the losses suffered by ex-CDU shareholders. Its hardly as if the company now has a reputation to protect, and none of the previous management of CDU would be silly enough to pursue legal action now, as it would just draw attention to themselves and make them a massive target for any class action lawsuit that apparently is still a possibility, if they can find some assets or directors liability insurance that a class action lawyer could go after. It would also be useful to see what if any approaches were made to regulators and why there has been such a massive regulatory failure in CDU's case.

So the less stuff that is moderated, and the more truthful posters are, the more useful the forum can be for people to exchange info about what a company is doing. This isn't helped by threads being hijacked for personal bickering, and/or when people are making progress about say discussing the resource statement there are numerous vague and unsubstantiated "Expect the unexpected" threads that pre-empt, draw attention away from and hijack discussions that are actually making progress.

Thats why despite some people attempting to accuse me of being AMG management, (without reading my previous posting history where I have tried to be balanced by being critical or the companies poor communication and timelines while being complimentary of the companies potential). I've been totally upfront that I still maintain a small shareholding in AMG, I haven't bet the house on this, (as per all my buy sell and hold disclosures) but have my doubts about some of the things the company has done, and these doubts come from industry experience. This is a "risky" exploration junior, and it sits in a different part of the risk reward curve, we can expect capital raises and exploration failures as part of exploration, however we should also expect clear honest and detailed communication from AMG management about the company so shareholders can make informed decisions.
