The ASX has no right to request for proof for Jayplus or their entities as they are not listed on ASX and have no obligation to the ASX. Unless there is a conflict of interest, where a director of TV2 sits on the board of Jayplus, and ASX suspects foul play, in which case they may request the information from the director. But otherwise the ASX has as much authority as an Australian police officer in Antartica.
