Len Jubber took PEM from 90 cents to $5.70 ... not bad. The slide down from their was always going to happen .. with or without him.
Prior to that his tenure at Oceana was quite OK ... nothing extraordinary. But then Oceana was just an average struggling mid-tier gold producer with a very high cost base & large hedge positions.
What we do have is an experienced operator in:
1] Developing a major project to producer status
2] Running a producing mine
3] Experienced in Uranium mining scene via 8 years at Rossing
Finanace arranged ... communication with shareholders ... its a good start
