There were 130,426,477 shares on issue as of the record date for the SPP. The insto placement shares were issued after the record date.

The SPP participants made up 12.04% of the total SOI as of the record date.

There are 588,236 shares to be issued as part of the SPP @ $17 per share.

12.04% of 130,426,477 = 15,703,347

588,236 / 15,703,347 = 3.745%.

So you will received SPP shares pro rated to approximately 3.745% of the number of shares you held on the record date regardless of how much you applied for.

This is not taking into account the 30 share minimum allocation regardless of how small your holding is, so the above percentage will be lower, just not sure how much so.

You would have to hold approx $800k in BRV shares to get a full $30k application and not be scaled back.

Long story short - Its been a dud SPP with absolutely massive scale back - move on.
