When I was an apprentice they sent me to the store for a " long stand".
I was wise to them but. I asked the storeman for a long stand and he told me to wait there.
I went for a walk for the next two hours and came back to the store and asked the storeman where is that stand I have been waiting for.
He told me to piss off and do something useful.
