Best bet would be to focus on Ni Sulphate refinery for battery grade Ni, BHP built theirs in kwinana 100ktpa for approx. $62mAUD.
That is where the premium price is paid and feeding into main Ni demand from 2023 onwards

The onsite processing plant can be set up to separate Ni,Co, Cu from PGE's through different circuits, to form concentrates.
From there Ni, Co, Cu runs through the downstream refinery. Nickel Sulfate production via off the shelf pressure oxidation and
Ni-Cu-Co Solvent extraction and crystallization.




My knowldege on PGE processing is limited, but its about time the we step it up and build add value to their economy, hire consultants if needed to get PGE refining up and running, we already do gold and silver, I have no doubt the brains are already in state/country. This being a potential district scale resource of global significance the expenditure on refining and downstream processing is warranted.

There is a big debt owed from these last few months, time to look for the longterm fixes not short sighted export sugar hit options.
The list is endless of lost jobs through these pollies outsourcing and tendering to overseas firms.
(No car manufacturing, over 1/2 billion t Iron ore export pa, cant build submarines ourselves, no nuclear industry but biggest resource)
