I'd say they have the prior consent with TAB then. Really this deal doesnt negatively influence TAB because TAB isnt a competing reseller to JIN in WA. TAB should be content with the increased profit + share price appreciation on their JIN holding for JIN entering a space TAB can't access.
If im misreading it then surely JIN has cleared it with TAB because they wouldn't blow up the main deal for this side piece
