Not sure about about Tunisia, need to update my research .
Over the years I've bought COE as a buy early sell before spud (BESBS) play but that strategy is not working these days, on any oiler.
COE has a lot more shares now so the sp performance will be more sluggish on any pre drill runnup.
Once the dust settles on the IPM foray I'll look at the fundamentals again to see if its worth a medium term punt.
In the meantime, might daytrade it every now and then should the opportunity arise.
