    Sounds like a good idea in theory, but it wont fool anyone. The reason the sp is so low is because of an absence of buyers.Asking 15c the day after your proposed buyout wont fix the fact of next to no buyers. Only management and news and sales and a better market will fix that. Lots of other companies in the same boat mind.
