Incorrect. The information is purely name and shareholding the same information available on the Company share register. As has already been pointed out the Register is not confidential because it is a public company!
The action taken is the only additional information - IE the requisition.
I am totally surprised that many have not been exposed to this type of action before and understand that requisitioners are named
