Oh dear, false!
They are generating free cash flow and it is now thought they have 39% gross margins on the MIC model 3 in Shanghai, this is astonishing and approaching software margins not car manufacturing. Gross margins Fremont about 21%.
They produced Model 3's from China 12 months after breaking ground in Shanghai, they will now do the same in Berlin which is twice the size of Shanghai.
Jaw dropping, anything to come close?
