1) Your advice is wrong
2) you have only just signed up and your legal opinion post is the first EVER on Hot Copper - leading me to believe you are a stooge for Trevor Rowe, JF Infrastructure, the RE, Mac Bank, or Credit Suisse, or one of the contractors - maybe one of the big law firms who got it all wrong.
3) there is no escape for the underwriters.
