All those services are personal preference, you decided to give the info.
As soon as you've provided your personal details, the service provider can't then pass on the details to third parties.
Same deal here, isx have to treat personal details as confidential. And that's why the listing rule doesn't require the company to disclose the info asx seeks. Asx know it, and they know isx would say no to there request.
Asx don't care about who instigated the resolution, it's all bs their caring talk. It's all done to create a negative narrative for the public. It's pathetic and easy to see their MO.
The fault with using this tactic is the effect / impact on the market dilutes each time the planned move is played. So this is twice now, Visa & Resolution. ( were protecting the market)
Investors see it for what it is a fake play to bolster asx support. Eventually it will turn around and bite them. Watch it unfold as support swings around.
