Ann: Release of correspondence by ASX with ISX, page-156

As an individual with money indirectly invested with the ASX through superannuation I will be ringing my super fund to ask for some further guidelines from the ASX regarding the materiality and why there has not been any communication... its the 19th largest investment in their share portfolio... I'm sure a superfund would need to make enquires given the potential materiality of the situation..

ASIC to... who is watching over the ASX's responsibilities for continuous disclosure of material events... IF the quantum of damages is submitted prior to 30 June...will the ASX take up the contingent liability pending the court case within their Annual financial statements?
