As far as I know, Bannerman Namibia Pty Ltd have a free-carried agreement in place ... similar to AGS & Heathgate. They wont be responsible for any costs until a certain point; probably at "decision to mine." At that point they will have to either come up with their share of the cash, or sell out. Either to another major party, or be bought out by BMN for a price.
I am sure it will be one of the latter two.
As to Savannah, the risk situation of this issue is now factored into the SP as far as I can see it. From every corner we hear that this is a load of crock. If someone believes different, then they would be better off staying away IMO.
