This is not the right question given it is fully underwritten by APAC and Shougang Concord. The question now becomes what is the implication of them being issued 160.9m shares. There are less negatives than a few would have you believe here. DYOR

In terms of Huntley’s analysis their track record would suggest they are barely worth reading even when they give you a free trail. They are now part of a bigger mob who haven’t hired top notch analysts after they took over. IMO you’d be better off in an index managed fund than bothering with their mostly superficial commentary...rehashing the obvious.
