In a nutshell, this is it.
Hence why, the other day, I said that the Chairman is to wear just as much blame as PT (the MD), on what has occurred.
If he could not control PT, then he should have not taken up the job in the first place.
How would it sound if he was to say to the shareholders that he didn't do/fulfill his formal duties, simply because he was scared of PT and/or of loosing his job??
