Ann: Adjournment of EBI General Meeting , page-2

this was the most obvious thing ever. youd think that a hedge fund manager of fund of funds wouldve known that they will all conspire against ebi to get the best outcome for their shareholders. i really would like to know how much they all have of ebi, the total of arbitrage.
i was hoping to buy after the result of meeting but its been delayed damit and til past the delisting stage.
