I'm single and not good looking and a little bit short. Despite being well educated and owning my own apartment outright and having a large investment portfolio, the intelligent attractive women won't even consider me unless I engage in "conspicuous consumptions," which is a fancy word for wasting money on things you don't need, to show off. I'm hoping I can get away with a ten year old model so I don't waste too much money but I'm at least driving a somewhat fancy car.
