    And remember the cost to develop this project is approximately equal to just "1 quarters profit" for this Giant. Sook is right, they need to grow and have heaps of money to do it, and opportunities ie. aquisitions, may be a little cheaper than they were a couple of months ago. Financing projects is absolutely no issue for this company.
