My goal is to have a constructive debate with facts and evidence.
Is someone able to explain how the 82mil shares that were issued as part of the SI investors work? Is it the same as when institutions buy up and they have to declare that they are selling? Is there specific rules around how they operate these shares?
petty remarks aside, this makes a good point. As this would mean that at the start of June 82mil shares hit the market increasing shares on offer for NVX by 63% and the price continued to go up.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
