Lol I have no way supported violence in any way or can't you actually read! I am a very cool calm and collected person and if I wasn't I wouldn't be able to deal with some of the crap dealt my way by bad tenants.
Tenants get a crap deal in many cases if they are good i.e. constant rental increases, overtly restrictive conditions, pedantic inspections and no longevity of leases. However on the other side of the coin bad tenants are hard to evict, cost owners allot of money in lost rent and damage. So two sides of the coin.
