Kashga, I read it slightly differently. I dont think h1 and h3 were ever designed for more than "proof of concept" and then to supply for the 1Mw generator. They appear too close together for 50 mW and locations of subseqent holes suggest to me that the 50mW holes will be further apart.
Having said that it is also obvious the multiple fractures would be better but I dont know if they are necessary.
