ditto housing issues --------- yes, I agree that house prices, - tying that into poverty and then linking it to health did take me work - but, it was obvious to me --

the work was in finding empirical evidence and referencing and writing etc.


but, rocket scientist I ain't


when one reads how it's all linked - it's perfectly logical and easily understandable ----------- to most - perhaps not politicians though


anyway - you might be right in that the tidal wave might be here sooner - the latest I've read is that the real tidal wave will be here by 2040
