1st time poster......
After attending a Junior Oiler's seminar last Wednesday (19/11) Greg Hancock ED, stated that Cooper aren't finished with IPM but he would not elaborate.
He did not mention pulling out of the Seruway PSC which was announced 2 days later.
Not surprisingly he was pretty confident about hitting oil in PEL 92.
As for Hammamet, he said around 12MMBO was recoverable in Tadzerka but the drilling costs were much higher due to the deeper water when compared to Fuschia - which is in shallower water and may hold a lot more RO.
He finished by stating that 2009 was going to be an extremely important year for COE....but we all knew that.
